All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

2. Order Cut-off Time

The daily order cut-off time is 3:00 PM. Orders received after the cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day.

3. Order Shipping Time

  • Once your order is shipped, the estimated shipping time is as follows: Standard shipping within Canada: Estimated 5-10 business days.

Please note that the above shipping times are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, customs clearance, and carrier delays. We will do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

4. Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders shipped to Canada. You do not need to pay any shipping fees.

5. Shipping Area

We currently only offer shipping services to addresses within Canada. Orders outside of Canada are temporarily unavailable. Thank you for your understanding.

6. Delivery Partner

We partner with UPS to provide you with reliable logistics and delivery services. All orders will be delivered via UPS.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Pre-shipment Cancellation: If your order has not yet shipped, you can contact our customer service team to cancel it. Upon successful cancellation, we will process a full refund. Refunds typically arrive in your original payment account within 7-14 business days.
  • Post-shipment Cancellation: Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it directly. In this case, you need to follow our return policy process. Please apply for a return and refund according to the return policy guidelines after receiving the goods.

8. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check your order status and estimated delivery time on the UPS official website.
